Party Regulations
Please arrive on time for your scheduled queue time. Late arrivals will not receive additional time. Each party lasts 2 hours, and any overtime will be charged accordingly.
Overtime Charges:
Extended open play (for 10 kids , unlimited time) – $200Additional Guests:
Children – $35 each (includes 1 accompanying adult)
Adults – $10 eachAdditional Food Options (extra charge):
Juice, milk, snacks, soft drinks, salad, coffee, lemonade, chicken nuggets, fries, pizza… …Outside Food Policy: Outside food is welcome; however, alcoholic beverages are not permitted. Only light party foods are allowed, such as pizza, sandwiches, fruit trays, cupcakes, cookies, and snacks. Hot cooking, chafing dishes, strong-smelling foods, and messy foods are not permitted. A $100 outside food cleaning fee applies to any party bringing outside food.
Full payment is required before the start of the party on the event day.
A $500 deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits are fully refundable until 14 days before the event. Within 14 days of the party date, deposits are non-refundable.
The final guaranteed guest count must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the party. After the final confirmation is received, the guest count cannot be reduced, and payment will be based on the confirmed number of children. If additional children attend on the day of the party, they will be charged accordingly. This policy allows us to prepare food, staffing, seating, and party supplies specifically for your event.
